We are proud to unveil the new Longbow SRS/TAC-41 Service package.
 
This will include:
One to One consultation on your rifle
Discussion on optional new parts
SRS Strip, clean, re-lube and rebuild
Installation of any new parts purchased through Longbow
Testing on bb weight of your choice
Scope levelling
 
Transport costs to and from Longbow BB Ltd will be at your cost and will be confirmed by us after you place your order.
 
Current lead time is 5-10 working days from receipt to completion. We aim to have your rifle finished and back to you before this time when possible.
 
All work undertaken is recorded and available upon request so you can see what works have been carried out on your rifle.
 
After placing you order we will contact you to confirm where you need to send your rifle. Please include in the notes section when placing your order, if there are any particular difficulties that you are experienceing with the rifle that we can look at to resolve.
 
We will also arrange a convenient time via messenger chat, video or voice call to discuss any issues or recommendations we have when working on your rifle.
 
Please note: after receiving your rifle, if you discover any issues you have 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from receipt to notify us of any issues. 
 
All rifles are fully tested before they are sent back, we put through 3-4 magazines worth of bbs in each rifle to ensure proper and consistent performance
